Dr. Tommy Vickers

  • Licensed Athletic Trainer
  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT), University of North Florida

Dr. Tommy Vickers earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of North Florida, after completing his certification and training as a licensed Athletic Trainer. He has worked with athletes at the high school, collegiate, and professional level across the U.S., bringing a strong foundation in sports medicine and performance.

His passions include CrossFit, volleyball, baseball, and tennis, and he has a deep interest in the proper dosing of exercise to truly build strength and power. Dr. Tommy believes movement is medicine, and that when applied with intention, it can unlock long-term health and performance.

Through his experience in both traditional rehab and performance settings, he’s seen firsthand how the standard healthcare model often misses the mark. He’s committed to helping clients move beyond short-term symptom relief and instead build a lifestyle centered around proactive movement and long-term resilience.

Dr. Joey Seyforth

  • Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, Indiana State University
  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT), Washington University

Dr. Joey earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training at Indiana State University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Washington University in St. Louis, one of the top movement science programs in the country. He has extensive experience working in sports, and has spent thousands of hours on the sidelines treating D1 and professional athletes.

He is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and CrossFit coach.

Dr. Joey’s ability to blend sports medicine, strength training, and movement to bridge the gap between rehab and performance helps his patients find long-term shoulder success and is the cornerstone of the Targeted Comeback Process, a shoulder pain fix program designed by Dr. Joey.

He now lives in Westminster, Colorado, with his wife and dog. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active with hiking in the mountains, taking CrossFit classes, and traveling. He is a firm believer that we need to train our bodies to be active and focus on longevity. After working in the physical therapy insurance model and seeing countless patients given the same exercises for shoulder pain and not an individualized approach, he decided to step away and focus on helping people learn how to move properly and heal themselves.
